Role of SBA:.

  •  Support efforts related to recruiting, Training and mentoring to agent.
  •  Develop, revise and update policies and procedures as necessary.
  •  Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on a range of product policies and processes to make them professional.
  •  Provide periodical training to all agents and create team spirit among them.
  •  Conduct regular, standing meetings with customer executives and internal business partners
  •  Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned business unit (Branch Office), Divisional Unit, their goals, and key milestones.
  •  Work with team as business leader and create structured team and aligned to goal and achieve it.
  •  Partner with leaders to develop people strategies to further their business objectives.
  • Design effecting Training program for agents towards new business and help them to maintain customer relations effectively.
  • Implementing and monitoring self-appraisal schemes.
  •  SBA as leaders to develop Agent strategies to further their business objectives.
  •  Serve as last point of contact for customer relationship management.
